That's why we're incredibly proud to announce that Show Weight Solutions has officially been granted UK Approved Exporter status by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
While this may sound like a piece of administration behind the scenes, it represents an important milestone in our journey as an international supplier of specialist rigging and load monitoring equipment.
What Does Approved Exporter Status Mean?
The UK's network of Free Trade Agreements allows qualifying goods to benefit from preferential tariff treatment when exported to participating countries.
To make use of these agreements, exporters must be able to demonstrate that their products satisfy the relevant Rules of Origin and provide the correct origin declaration required under the applicable trade agreement.
By becoming an Approved Exporter, Show Weight Solutions has been authorised by HMRC to make these origin declarations on qualifying exports where the relevant Free Trade Agreement allows.
This provides an additional level of confidence and efficiency when supplying customers in eligible overseas markets.

For customers importing qualifying UK-origin products into countries covered by applicable Free Trade Agreements, Approved Exporter status can simplify the documentation needed to claim preferential tariff treatment.
